Mr. Gonzalez has been involved from a very young age with family real estate & construction related businesses. Has also worked and gained experience in a diversified range of positions and industries. Has managed multi million dollar construction projects with well over a million square feet of retail/mixed use construction, residential, retail build out to suit, building from the ground up, and revitalization – community, destination, big box, and mall retail projects, he has been responsible for well over 150 million of commercial and residential construction work.



He has worked with Europa Properties a family owned property development & management business. Handled various office & clerical duties, learned construction and development business, handled project supervision, budgeting and planning and bidding potential projects. JVC Construction a land development & construction company, sub contracting for Arvida, while on board was responsible for overseeing the operations of a 1400 unit townhouse development with 180 employees. (Riomar for Bonaventure in Weston, Florida) as well as multiple big box & other  retail build outs such as; Home Goods, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Perfumania, FedEx Kinkos & others). Americas Home Builders & Classic Homes, land development and construction companies, was responsible for project supervision, bidding, planning and financing preparation, was project manager for (Notting Hill Town Homes, a 96 unit development in Davenport, Florida) EMF Drywall & Framing (Owner/Operator) a framing, drywall & painting company with over 50 employees and responsible for over 20 million in sub contract work throughout Central & South Florida



Mr. Gonzalez has been in and around the construction management industry since childhood and has experience in all aspects of construction management from initial planning to finished product.
